Return & Refund Policy

At The Jersey City Bicycle Company, all sales are considered final. We encourage customers to review purchases carefully before completing an order, both in-store and online.

Please note:
• Service labor is non-refundable once completed
• Rentals, lessons, and workshops are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase
• Returns or refunds are not offered unless agreed upon in advance

In select cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion. Approved exceptions may be subject to a restocking fee.
