How do I reserve a travel case?

Availability is limited during peak season — we recommend booking at least a week in advance. 

How do I book a packing or shipping service?

Simply purchase the service through our website & bring us your bike!

What’s included in the packing service?

Our standard packing includes:

  • Full disassembly (pedals, bars, wheels, seatpost)
  • Protective padding and professional boxing for transport
  • Labeling and reassembly notes
  • Perfect for airline travel, races, or shipping across the country
Can you ship my bike for me?

Yes — we can handle the full process from start to finish.

Bike shipping starts with a non-refundable $150 deposit. Once your travel details are confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance based on the total shipping cost.

After your bike is packed, we arrange insured shipping through UPS or BikeFlights on your behalf. You’ll receive tracking information and updates directly from us until your bike arrives safely.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

All sales are final. If you cancel your service or rental, your payment is non-refundable.

However, if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you may apply your deposit or rental credit toward a future booking within 60 days, based on availability.

How much notice do you need?

We recommend booking at least one week before travel to guarantee your spot, especially during race or event season. Same-week appointments may be available depending on shop volume.

Street parking and easy bike drop-off available.

Do you pack e-bikes or cargo bikes?

Yes, in most cases.

E-bikes and cargo models require special handling and oversized boxes, which may include an additional fee. Contact us before booking to confirm fit and battery shipping guidelines. 551-229-7894
