When does the Season Pass start and end?
Your Season Pass starts on the date of purchase and expires on the same date in 2027.
Example:
If you buy it on March 10, 2026, it is valid until March 10, 2027.
How much does shipping cost?
Can I buy the Season Pass as a gift?
Yes! The Season Pass makes a great gift.
To use it, the rider can:
- Show the order number at drop-off, or
- Text 551-229-7894 and a JCBC team member will help with questions.
No physical card is needed.
How much does shipping cost?
Can I share my Season Pass with someone else?
Yes — services can be shared between different bikes, as long as they stay within what your specific pass includes.
Important things to know:
- Each Season Pass includes a set number of services
- Those services can be used on different bikes
- No extra services will be added beyond what the pass includes
(please see pass details for exact services)
Example:
If you have an Essential Pass, you could:
- Use the tune-up on one bike, and
- Use the flat fix on a friend’s bike
Once all services in the pass are used, the pass is complete.
How much does shipping cost?
Are electric bikes covered under the regular Season Pass?
No. Electric bikes have their own Season Passes.
- E-bike passes cannot be used for regular (non-electric) bikes
- Regular bike passes cannot be used for electric bikes
Please make sure you purchase the correct pass for your bike type.

What if I don’t use all my services?
If you don’t use your services, you’re welcome to:
- Gift them to a friend or family member, or
- Register another rider to use them before the pass expires
