How do I book a packing or shipping service?

Simply purchase the service through our website & bring us your bike!
What’s included in the packing service?

Our standard packing includes:

  • Full disassembly (pedals, bars, wheels, seatpost)
  • Protective padding and professional boxing for transport
  • Labeling and reassembly notes
  • Perfect for airline travel, races, or shipping across the country
Can you ship my bike for me?

Yes — we can handle the full process from start to finish.

To get started, simply select “Bike Packing + Shipping” at checkout and complete your booking.

The total initial payment to begin service is $249, which includes:

  • $99 Packing Fee (professional disassembly, padding, and boxing)
  • $150 Non-Refundable Deposit (applied toward your total shipping cost)

Once your travel details are confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance based on the final shipping total (carrier cost + $50 handling fee + insurance, if applicable).

After your bike is professionally packed, we’ll arrange insured shipping through UPS or BikeFlights on your behalf. You’ll receive tracking information and updates directly from us until your bike arrives safely.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

All sales are final. If you cancel your service or rental, your payment is non-refundable.

However, if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you may apply your deposit or rental credit toward a future booking within 60 days, based on availability.

Do you pack e-bikes or cargo bikes?

Yes, in most cases.

E-bikes and cargo models require special handling and oversized boxes, which may include an additional fee. Contact us before booking to confirm fit and battery shipping guidelines. 551-229-7894
