How long does a tune-up take?
Tune-up timing varies by level, but most are completed within 24–72 hours depending on shop traffic. We always do our best to communicate clearly and will give you an estimated pick up time at drop off.
What happens after I book my tune-up online?
Once you book online, simply bring your bike to the shop during our business hours. Our team will check it in, confirm the service, and take it from there.

What if my bike needs parts replaced?
We’ll contact you with recommended parts prior to installation. You only approve what you want done.

We’ll check your bike, find any problems, and explain what it needs in simple terms.
You’ll get a clear recommendation and price before any work is done.
If you approve a repair or tune-up, the $49 is applied toward the service.

Can I schedule a same-day tune-up?
We’ll do our best! Online reservations receive first priority, and same-day availability depends on shop capacity. We will always do our best to communicate and accommodate your schedule when possible.
