The E-RSL3H2 provides approximately 6 degrees of rotational float, allowing your foot a small amount of natural movement while remaining securely clipped into the pedal.

Please note: These are 3-bolt road cycling cleats and are not compatible with Shimano SPD 2-bolt mountain bike shoes or pedals.

If your cycling shoes have two recessed mounting bolts rather than the triangular three-bolt road pattern, you'll need an SPD-style MTB cleat instead.
