HOW LONG WILL MY SERVICE TAKE?

Typically, service takes 24-48 hours to complete. Customers can request same-day service for a rush charge of $25 on weekdays and $50 on weekends.

Please note that every bike is different, and unexpected issues may arise that could delay repairs. We strive to provide the best quality service with the fastest possible turnaround time.

If you need your bicycle by a specific date, please communicate this at drop-off, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I ONLY HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM, DO YOU OFFER A LA CART SERVICE?

CAN YOU PICK UP &/OR DELIVER MY BIKE?

Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery for Jersey City customers on all services totaling $150 or more.
