1. Service Completion Notification: Upon the completion of your bicycle service, you will be promptly notified via your preferred method of contact (phone, email, or text message).
2. 48-Hour Pick-Up Window: Customers are required to pick up their bicycle within 48 hours of receiving the service completion notification.
3. Storage Fee: If the bicycle is not picked up within this 48-hour window, a storage fee of $25 will be charged. This fee will recur every week until the bicycle is picked up or deemed abandoned.
4. Abandonment Clause: If the bicycle remains unclaimed for a period of 30 days from the initial service completion notification, the customer forfeits their ownership of the bicycle. At this point, the bicycle will become the property of the Jersey City Bicycle Company.
5. Forfeited Bicycles: Bicycles that become the property of the Jersey City Bicycle Company may be sold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at the company's discretion.
