Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely! Free in-store pickup is always available at our shop:

Here’s how it works:

  • Place your order online and select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.

  • Wait for your confirmation email. You’ll first receive an order confirmation (this means we received your order, but it’s not ready yet).

  • Get the “Ready for Pickup” notification. Once your item has been prepared and inspected, we’ll send you a second email or text letting you know it’s ready. Small accessories: usually within 1–2 business days. Bikes & larger items: allow 3–5 business days for assembly and quality check

  • Bring your confirmation and a photo ID when you arrive.

  • Pick up your order at the counter during shop hours — and our team will be happy to answer any questions or help with setup.
