How long does the service take?
Most services are completed within 1–3 days, depending on service level and current shop volume.
Drop off by 4/26 for priority turnaround before the TD Five Boro Bike Tour (5/1).
Final pickup timing is confirmed after check-in and may vary based on parts availability, additional service needs, and overall workload.
What happens after I book my service?
Simply drop your bike during shop hours. No appointment needed.
What if my bike needs additional parts?
We’ll inspect your bike first and text you before doing anything extra.
