Place your order online and select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.

Wait for your confirmation email. You’ll first receive an order confirmation (this means we received your order, but it’s not ready yet).

Get the “Ready for Pickup” notification. Once your item has been prepared and inspected, we’ll send you a second email or text letting you know it’s ready. Small accessories: usually within 1–2 business days. Bikes & larger items: allow 3–5 business days for assembly and quality check
