Your assembly includes a full Quick Tune and safety inspection: brakes adjusted, drivetrain aligned, torque checked, tires inflated to spec, and all bolts tightened for the extra loads cargo bikes carry. We also secure racks, child seats, lights, and accessories so your setup is ready for real-world use.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking ahead ensures the fastest turnaround and helps us prepare for your specific build.We strive to complete most assemblies within the same day or next day whenever possible.
Every bike is unique, and some builds — especially e-bikes or custom models — may require additional time for part compatibility checks or fine-tuning.You can count on clear, proactive communication from our team. If we encounter any delays or parts issues, we’ll notify you right away and keep you updated every step of the way.

What if my bike is already 90% assembled?
We know it looks almost done — but those “90% assembled” bikes are usually built by warehouse staff or computers, not real mechanics. To meet our safety and performance standards, we still need to inspect, torque-check, and often partially disassemble the bike before final setup.When riders try to finish the build at home, it often creates extra work (and sometimes damage) our techs have to fix later. Having us assemble it ensures your bike is safe, shifts right, and rides like it should — no guesswork, no shortcuts.
What’s included in an assembly?
Every bike we assemble includes a Quick Tune, our signature safety and performance inspection. That means our mechanics torque every bolt to spec, adjust brakes and gears, inflate tires to the proper PSI, lubricate the chain, and take the bike for a short test ride to confirm everything feels dialed in.It’s our way of making sure your new bike isn’t just built — it’s ready to ride safely and smoothly from day one.
