What is the return policy?
All sales are final, including products, services, rentals, lessons, and workshops. Rentals, lessons, and workshops are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Store credit may be offered at our discretion in special cases.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized items may incur additional charges.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely! Free in-store pickup is always available at our shop:

Here’s how it works:
- Place your order online and select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.
 
- Wait for your confirmation email. You’ll first receive an order confirmation (this means we received your order, but it’s not ready yet).
 
- Get the “Ready for Pickup” notification. Once your item has been prepared and inspected, we’ll send you a second email or text letting you know it’s ready. Small accessories: usually within 1–2 business days. Bikes & larger items: allow 3–5 business days for assembly and quality check
 
- Bring your confirmation and a photo ID when you arrive.
 
- Pick up your order at the counter during shop hours — and our team will be happy to answer any questions or help with setup.
